Core Concepts
Dashboard
The Tenant Dashboard serves as the primary operational interface for monitoring service status, identifying underlying infrastructure issues, and reviewing availability trends.
Overview
6 items
Topology
The Topology section allows tenant\_administrators to define and manage a set of monitored items for their tenant. This is the foundation of the monitoring system: before any status results, health reports, or alerts can be produced, the service must know what to monitor.
Status Pages
Status Pages provide a structured view of the operational status of monitored services and groups within a tenant. They enable organisations to communicate service availability, planned maintenance activities, and ongoing incidents to users, in a transparent and consistent manner.

Overview
Downtimes
Not every service disruption is a surprise. Sometimes the best way to keep a service healthy is to take it offline on your own terms. ARGO Monitoring supports scheduled maintenance, allowing service providers to plan ahead, while ensuring that users know what to expect before any interruption occurs.
Performance
Knowing that a service is available does not always mean that it is performing well. A service may be operational and successfully respond to monitoring checks while still experiencing slow response times, increased resource consumption, or gradual performance degradation. Performance monitoring complements availability and reliability monitoring by providing visibility into how well a service is operating over time.

Incidents
When a service experiences an outage, degradation, or other disruption, restoring the service is only part of the response. Users and stakeholders also need to understand what is happening, which services are affected, and when normal operation is expected to resume. Incident management provides a structured way to document service disruptions and communicate their progress from detection to resolution.
Status
The availability of a service is determined not only by whether it can be reached, but also by the results reported by the monitoring checks that evaluate its operation. A service may be available while individual monitoring checks report different conditions, or it may become unavailable due to a problem detected by one or more checks. Status monitoring provides a clear indication of the current condition of a monitored service and helps identify when and where a problem occurs.
Public Pages
ARGO Monitoring Service provides a set of publicly accessible views that can be accessed without logging in. These views allow users to monitor the operational status and performance of services without requiring an ARGO Monitoring account.
